Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will once again be held in sunny Scottsdale!

Please join us from February 27-28. 2025 for two days of a fully immersive in-person gathering designed to deepen your scientific understanding and enhance professional collaborations.

Location:. Enjoy the convenience of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, the official conference venue, at a special rate of $255 per night. Registration Fees: Early bird conference registration rates are available for members, non-members, and students until January 31, 2025 with the standard registration fees applied thereafter. Please note that membership is not included in the cost of conference registration and you have to be a current member to register with the member rate.  If you are not sure if you are a current member, please let us know and we can check.
